Variedades Guate-Honduras was born from a simple conviction: that the flavors of Guatemala and Honduras deserve a home in Houston's diverse culinary landscape — not as a novelty, but as something genuine and everyday.
Our coffee comes from small farms in the Antigua and Huehuetenango regions, roasted to highlight the chocolate and citrus notes that make Central American beans extraordinary. Our bar draws on recipes passed through generations, reimagined with ingredients found here.
